Vy had sent me some beautiful inspiration for her maternity session, she wanted soft edges, some blur, some editorial moments that were a little more posed and I was so excited to create these for her in their beautiful home. The love that has gone into creating a warm, beautiful space was evident, and there is something about doing your maternity (or newborn) session at home that is just so special, everyone is more relaxed, there is an ease to changing outfits and moving around your own home that makes it more comfortable for everyone. I absolutely loved this maternity session and the results are some of my favourite photos I've ever taken.
